San Francisco Pilates™ has been providing quality Pilates instruction to the San Francisco community for nearly a decade—first serving primarily dancers and physical therapy referrals but now specializing in improving quality of movement for a diverse base of clients.
Our instructors are STOTT PIlates, Balanced Body and Classically trained and certified enabling them to create a specialized program for each individual, from beginner to professional athlete.
Our classes and workshop sessions can address a variety of populations -- from individuals who sit and stand all day and need relief from related movement dysfunction, to marathon runners and golfers seeking to improve form and enhance performance.
We offer equipment based private and duets in our 9th floor suite, each designed to accommodate a variety of schedules, needs and interest. We all offer Off-site instruction for corporations and organizations as well as intensive wellness programs and retreats.
We are conveniently located in the Historic Flood building steps away from the Powell Street Muni station in downtown Union Square. There is parking easily accessible at the Ellis O'Farrell garaage. Our address is 870 Market St., Suite 913, San Francisco, CA 94102.
