Sue Free  -  Certified Instructor

Sue began practicing Pilates more than 20 years ago as a complement to her fitness routine to reduce the occurrence of injury and speed recovery. After a successful business career, Sue completed her Stott Pilates instructor certification at Mindful Movement Collective in 2018.

Sue works with clients of all ages including individuals with osteoporosis, seniors and athletes to improve body awareness, balance, strength, flexibility, and athletic performance.

Outside the studio, Sue is a long-time San Francisco resident, open water swimmer, runner, rower and Masters swim team coach.
